About the Role
Auxilium are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – FM Services with integral understanding of FM Operations to lead and develop strategic plans, driving new business, and expanding our current client portfolio across integrated FM services including hard services, soft services, and total facilities management.
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of all sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, retail, industrial and public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across FM services
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing operational and sales team
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful mobilisation of new contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the FM sector
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Facilities Management
- Demonstrated success winning FM contracts and long-term service agreements
- Strong network within sectors such as corporate, property, healthcare, education, or public sector
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
